Admission Criteria
Admission into any class other than Pre-KG& LKG in our school is only against the vacancies. Hence, you are advised to contact the school office in the month of January every year.
AGE GUIDELINES
Pre.KG – Two plus completed by 30th May
KG 1 – Three plus completed by 30th May
KG 2 – Four plus completed by 30th May
Grade 1 – Five plus completed by 30th May

For KG Classes :
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Aadhar Card ( Photocopy )
- Community certificate ( Student )
- 2 Recent Passport Size Photographs
For Grade 1 to 9 :
- TC from the previous school
- EMIS Number from Previous School
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Aadhar Card ( Photocopy )
- Community certificate ( Student )
- 2 Recent Passport Size Photographs
Admission Procedure
There is no admission test for Pre–KG & LKG, only oral tests and personal interaction would be held. For all other classes, admission will be granted on qualifying the assessment of basic skill and knowledge and upon the availability of a seat.
STEP 1
- For seeking admission interested applicants must fill in the Application form available at the School office.
STEP 2
- Applicants After Filling Out The Application Form Must Appear For An Assessment Of Basic Skills And Knowledge.
STEP 3
- The selection of Applicants for Provisional Admission will be on the basis of their performance in the assessment and Interview.
- The School Administration reserves the right to offer admission to meritorious applicants only.

- The selection of Applicants for the Provisional Admission will be based on the Interview with the Interview panel and with the Principal.

A note about VIJAYADASAMI Admission
KVT doors are opened to admit kids in PRE KG & LKG on the day of VIJAYADASAMI, every year.
