Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice. It plays an important role in relaxing the mind and body and boosting people’s immune systems.

International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st, June in KVT with the theme “YOGA FOR HUMANITY”.The students performed various Asanas depicting the benefits of yoga.

Our school Correspondent Mr.Sathya Moorthy presided over the program and delivered the Chief Guest address. He stressed the importance of including YOGA in the students’ life as a daily practice.
